Information and Specifications:
- Choose your template from hundreds of models! Use our amazing 3D design tool and design the customized mugs of your dreams!
- Upload your files or use one of the hundreds of layouts. If you have doubts or trouble uploading your images during the design you can call us and we will be glad to help.
- You will receive an email or SMS text when your mug is ready for pickup.
- You can print on both sides, 1 side, full color or wrap it around your mug.
- Our products are certified and approved by many Health and Commercial associations.
- Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Quality of printing: Despite de fact, we always make adjustments on our end, some images are possible to be printed on your mug, but the results will depend on your image quality. High-resolution files like AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, and SVG are high resolution.
JPG, BMP, and other file formats ARE NOT high resolutions and your image will look pixelated.
The results are not the same when you are looking for pictures on your cell phone.

Price for the same layout. (that means all the custom mugs ordered have to be the same printing, no “names” extra, etc.

You can print 1 side, both sides, or the entire mug. Our FULL WRAP is really a full wrap, from top to bottom with no white gaps and no Margins.
Note: Even if you add an entire background image or color, there is a little area close to the handle that can’t be printed because it’s exactly where the machine holds the mug.

Most cell phone pictures are LOW RESOLUTION, Low light, low pixels, and low size.
The results are not the same when you are looking at the pictures on your cell phone or computer
